CCCU San Dimas & Covina

MDB has been serving CCCU for 40 years, providing Design / Build services to support the Credit Union’s two facilities in Covina (24,000sf) and San Dimas (26,000sf). In addition, MDB recently renovated an existing 15,000 sf single story office building into the Credit Union’s new 2-story 25,000sf corporate offices.

South Shores Church

MDB was chosen by South Shores Church to develop a Master Plan for their 6-acre site in Dana Point. The updated design now includes two new buildings that add significant administrative and educational components to the campus.

Bank and Office

San Moritz Lodge

MDB coordinated with the community surrounding Lake Gregory to re-envision the design of San Moritz Lodge, a landmark hotel and conference center in Crestline, CA.

James Valley Christian School (JVCS)

MDB provided architectural and interior design services for this approximately 100,000sf school in Huron, South Dakota. This work was split into two phases, with the most recent phase including a 30,000sf auditorium and practice gym addition.

MDB is the lead designer of this approximately 200,000sf warehouse in Banning, CA. This project is in the city approval process and is slated for completion in 2023.

MDB is working on designs for expanded Children’s Ministry and Worship facilities that will help the Church celebrate its 50th anniversary.

Renck Community Center

MDB provided Master Planning and architectural design services for the new Community Center and Pool Building. The Master Plan also included design for the adjacent skateboarding park. This complex has become a hub of community activity, supporting a variety of programs, classes, activities, and sports.

Bethany Baptist Church of Montclair

MDB provided Design/Build Services for the Sanctuary Remodel. The project included acoustical ceiling panels, modifications to the stage, projection walls, architectural treatment of side walls, and replacement of interior finishes within the Sanctuary.

TRL Office

MDB has provided design/build services to TRL Systems for over 25 years. The most recent project is TRL Systems’ new corporate office building in Rancho Cucamonga. MDB completed the design and construction for the entire 2-story, 20,000 sf remodel. New work environments for Engineering, Sales, Service, Accounting, Information Technology, Marketing, and Executive Offices were created. The provision of ‘state of the art’ training / conference facilities helps TRL systems to maintain their leadership position within their industry.
